House rules for Hauswaldzauber Neuhäusel:
Our guests should feel comfortable with us: We do everything for it. On your arrival you will find a tidy, hygienically clean and cosy flat.

In order to be able to offer this to subsequent guests, certain rules are necessary. Unfortunately, some negative experiences, especially when accommodating fitters, have prompted us to define the house rules more clearly and have them signed. We reserve the right to ventilate the living and sleeping areas in your absence, unless it is obvious that this is done by our guests themselves. We will point out any violations of the house rules.
In the event of repeated breaches of the house rules, we will make use of our domiciliary rights and ask you to move out immediately; there is no entitlement to a refund of any costs paid.

1. general rules.

• Careful and careful handling of the inventory must be ensured.
• If damage occurs, this must be reported to the landlord immediately. Any damage caused must be replaced.
• The cleaning fee paid by you includes the washing of the bed linen provided,
  the provision of a starter set of toilet paper = 3 rolls, soap, shower gel, as well as normal room cleaning without additional labour.
  If, contrary to expectations, extreme cleaning effort is necessary, this must be reimbursed separately. Cleaning costs of up to €50 may be added to the normal cleaning costs if you leave the flat very untidy and unclean. You do not have to and should not clean the flat, but you should keep it tidy and clean. You should also not make the beds on the day of departure, as we will make them fresh anyway. Save this time for other things.
  -Always keep windows ventilated and security closed before leaving the flat. (Risk of burglary if the window is open, insurance does not pay).
  Correct ventilation is very important, preferably 2-3 times a day in your presence for 5-10 minutes. Open windows and doors completely. – See the notice on the window.

Windows should not be opened in a tilted position. (Cross ventilation with open doors is the most effective method). We have sandbags on the windowsill which you should place on the open window sash when the window is open so that the curtains do not get caught in gusts of wind.

• Always switch off the lights when leaving the flat.
• On departure, please arrange the time of departure with the landlord due to acceptance of the flat. Standard departure time is 10:00 am. Do not forget to return the keys on departure. If the key is lost, 200€ for the security key must be refunded.
• Soiled shoes, work shoes, must be removed before entering the living area. The same applies to soiled work clothes, which can be removed in the guest toilet.
• Smoking is absolutely forbidden in the entire house. Please do not roll cigarettes in the house.
  Do not leave any open fires or candles burning in the flat.

2. Küchenbenutzung
Nach Benutzung der Küche ist diese sauber zu hinterlassen. Herd und Backofen nach benutzen sauber machen wie bei Ankunft übernommen. Töpfe,Pfannen und Geschirr muss bei Abreise gespült und abgetrocknet in den Schrank zurück gestellt sein. Spülmaschine ausräumen.
– Es darf kein Essgeschirr oder dergleichen mit aus der Wohnung genommen werden. Zur Terrasse darf Essgeschirr mitgenommen werden.

3. bathroom:

• After showering, please always ventilate well (cross ventilation, see ventilation instructions) so that the humidity can escape. It is best to open the window and bathroom door wide 5-10 minutes after the last guest has showered.
  Please allow extra time for working people in the morning.
• The shower cubicle: Please open and close the sliding door carefully. Please use a rubber scraper and wipe water off the glass and wall. (reduces humidity) Reduce floor moisture after showering.

4. sleeping areas
Depending on the number of guests travelling, one bedroom is available for 2 people, two bedrooms for 3-4 people and three bedrooms for 5-6 people.
Please do not occupy unallocated beds / rooms (unoccupied beds) with suitcases or other items. The beds are freshly made and should remain clean for the next guest. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning charge.

5. heating period radiators
The room temperature of 20°C in bedrooms should not be exceeded Level 3 on the heating controller.
Level 2 = 16°C turning it up does not lead to faster heating of the room.

6.pets:
For Haus Waldzauber:
it is possible to bring up to two dogs. Dogs must be specified when booking. Animal liability insurance is required. There is a charge per dog per day. The animals may not be left alone in the flat. They may not be taken into the beds or onto the sofa. Increased shedding may increase the cleaning costs. Animal liability insurance must be presented.

For the FW- Rhein-Lahn:
Unfortunately, no pets can be brought here.
